Vera Grytsenko is a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC-IRB) and a member in good standing of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC). She holds a Graduate Diploma in Immigration Law from Queen’s University and a Master’s degree in Project Management.
Vera’s practice focuses primarily on economic immigration, including Express Entry and Provincial Nominee Programs, as well as temporary residence applications, citizenship applications, and complex matters involving refusals and procedural fairness.
She also brings more than a decade of professional experience with temporary residence applications for various European countries and the United Kingdom. This experience has given her a broad understanding of visa requirements, application procedures, documentary evidence, and the importance of presenting a clear, coherent, and well-supported application.
Having immigrated to Canada from Ukraine herself through the Express Entry system, Vera understands the immigration process from both sides — as an immigration professional and as someone who has personally navigated it.
She understands that an immigration application is about far more than forms and documents. For many people, the outcome can affect their family, career, finances, and future.
This perspective informs the way she approaches every matter: with professionalism, attention to detail, and an appreciation of what is at stake for the client.
Vera is known for her efficient, direct, and transparent approach. She believes clients deserve honest advice, realistic expectations, and a clear understanding of both their options and potential risks. Rather than making promises or taking a one-size-fits-all approach, she focuses on understanding each client’s circumstances, identifying potential issues early, and developing a practical strategy for presenting the strongest case possible. Every matter is thoroughly prepared, carefully reviewed, and handled with close attention to detail.
Vera speaks English, French, Ukrainian, Russian, and German.
Working across multiple languages allows her to communicate with clients from diverse backgrounds and better understand the challenges that can come with navigating an immigration system in a new country.
